Subscription Agreement, Pricing & Usage Policy

This Agreement governs the subscription plans, pricing structure, billing principles, free trial conditions, discount policies, usage rights, and limitations of the Mentiqo application.

By creating an account, starting a free trial, or purchasing a subscription, the user acknowledges and agrees to these terms.

Mentiqo offers two primary subscription categories and 1 free trial:

All subscriptions are charged in advance.

The billing period begins on the date the paid subscription becomes effective.

• Weekly plans renew every 7 days.
• Monthly plans renew every 30 days.
• Yearly plans renew every 12 months.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled prior to renewal.

Cancellation must be made through the platform where the subscription was purchased, such as App Store or Google Play.

If canceled:

• The subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• No partial refunds are provided unless required by applicable law or platform policy.

All payments are non refundable except where required by applicable law.

If the subscription is purchased through a third party platform:

• Refund requests are subject to the policies of that platform.
• Mentiqo does not control or guarantee platform refund decisions.

Prices may vary by country.

Local pricing may be determined based on:

• Purchasing power parity
• Regional market conditions
• Tax obligations
• Platform commission structures
• Operational costs

Mentiqo reserves the right to apply different pricing structures across regions.

Mentiqo may offer promotional campaigns, coupon codes, flash discounts, referral incentives, student discounts, or other limited time offers.

Mentiqo reserves the right to:

• Modify discount rates
• Limit campaign duration
• Define eligibility criteria
• Terminate promotions at any time

Discount structures are determined solely by Mentiqo and may change without prior notice.

A subscription grants the user a limited, non exclusive, non transferable, non commercial license to access and use the application content for personal purposes only.

Users may not:

• Transfer or resell subscriptions
• Share account credentials outside permitted limits
• Use the service for commercial purposes
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit summaries or content
• Use automated systems, bots, scraping tools, or reverse engineering methods

Family Plan usage is limited to the number of users defined by Mentiqo. Abuse, excessive sharing, or circumvention of limits may result in suspension or termination.

Mentiqo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse free trials
• Circumvent payment systems
• Use the service unlawfully

Suspension or termination may occur without prior notice in cases of serious violations.

All content within the application, including summaries, audio content, visual assets, and software components, is protected by intellectual property laws.

Subscription does not grant ownership rights.

Users are granted access rights only, subject to these terms.

Mentiqo reserves the right to:

• Modify features
• Add or remove functionalities
• Adjust content availability
• Change subscription structures

Such changes may occur without prior notice.

Applicable taxes may vary based on the user's location and payment method.

Payments processed through third party platforms may include additional commissions and local tax regulations.

Mentiqo provides the service on an as available basis.

Mentiqo does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error free operation, or continuous availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mentiqo is not liable for:

• Service interruptions
• Data loss
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Third party platform failures

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in the user's country of residence.

Any disputes shall be resolved before the competent courts of Türkiye, subject to applicable consumer protection regulations.

Mentiqo reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time.

Updated versions become effective upon publication within the application or website.

Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
