Mentiqo is operated by Inventuna.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use.

By accessing or using Mentiqo, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

Mentiqo provides digital content and AI powered services including:

• AI powered book summaries
• Reading and listening experiences
• Podcast and audio content
• User document uploads and AI powered summarization

All content provided through Mentiqo is intended for informational and educational purposes only.

Mentiqo does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

Users may be required to create an account to access certain features.

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities conducted under their account

Mentiqo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of suspicious, fraudulent, or unlawful activity.

Users agree not to:

• Abuse or misuse the Services
• Copy, scrape, reproduce, or redistribute platform content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with platform systems
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts without authorization
• Use the Services for unlawful or harmful purposes

Users may upload documents such as PDF files to use AI powered summarization features.

By uploading content, users represent and warrant that:

• They own the content or have lawful rights to use it
• The content does not violate intellectual property, privacy, or confidentiality rights
• The content complies with applicable laws

Users retain ownership of their uploaded documents.

By uploading content, users grant Mentiqo a limited, non exclusive, royalty free license to process the content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

AI generated summaries and outputs may contain inaccuracies or incomplete information.

Mentiqo does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI generated content.

Users are solely responsible for evaluating and relying on information produced by the platform.

All Mentiqo software, platform systems, designs, databases, visual assets, and platform content are owned by Mentiqo or its licensors.

Users are granted a limited, non exclusive, non transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non commercial purposes only.

Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or commercial exploitation is prohibited.

Mentiqo operates on an automatically renewing subscription model.

• Subscriptions may include free trial periods and paid subscription tiers
• Subscription billing and management are handled through the platform where the purchase was made, such as Apple App Store or Google Play
• Users are responsible for managing or canceling their subscriptions through the relevant platform
• Deleting the application does not cancel an active subscription
• Subscription prices may change in the future. Updated pricing will apply at the next billing period where permitted by applicable law

Refunds are governed by the policies of Apple App Store or Google Play.

Mentiqo may suspend or terminate access to the Services if users violate these Terms.

Users may terminate their account at any time by discontinuing use of the Services or requesting account deletion.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mentiqo shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of data
• Service interruptions
• Third party platform failures

Total liability of Mentiqo shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user to Mentiqo in the preceding twelve months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the user's country of residence.

Disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved before the competent courts of Türkiye unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection regulations.

Mentiqo reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

Updated versions will be published within the application or on the official website.

Continued use of the Services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
